I want to PROVE this method works and I want to PAY FORWARD the information I learned because the medical industry has known it forever! Treatment Details:

  • Keep the pH of your saliva in the 7.4 - 7.8 range for 30 days
  • Keep the pH of your urine in the 6.6 - 7.2 range for 30 days

How do I correct and test my pH?

    Potassium Bicarbonate capsules or powder can be purchased on Amazon for approximately $25. A teaspoon of baking soda can also work, but it may raise your blood pressure - likely not worth it. Taking 2 capsules or about a teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate every day with a meal will get your body to the correct pH levels.

    PH Litmus Test Strips

    You can find pH test strips on Amazon or at most health stores for about $10. Use these to test the pH of your saliva and urine every day. It is important to check every day even after you reach the correct levels to ensure you are still within the correct range.
